Billionton Bluetooth Card

One user has successfully installed the Billionton Bluetooth PCMCIA card in the iX104.

The card has a retractable whip antenna, which can be simply deployed inside the iX104 case.

The end of the antenna can be secured with a drop of hot-melt glue to the motherboard, if desired. Despite the good shielding of the ix104 case, the Bluetooth card worked over 20 feet with the Think Outside Stowaway keyboard.

Personally I would have preferred to run a length of RF shielded cable from the bluetooth card antenna socket to one of the ix104 external antennae - one can never be quite sure whether the RF from the bluetooth card antenna might not interfere with something inside the ix104.
